The AOCS China Section (CNAOCS) was established in April 2016. Since its establishment, CNAOCS has been committed to the service concept of AOCS and regards the progress and development of the oil industry as its mission. It is committed to promoting information exchange, cooperation and partnership between China and global fats, oils and related industries, building a platform for international exchange and cooperation, and ensuring high standards, superior quality, safety and value-added applications of fats, oils, proteins and related-materials.
The American Oil Chemists' Society (AOCS) is a high-end international technology forum focused on oils, fats, surfactants, and related fields. Its cutting-edge technical solutions are well-known worldwide. Previous AOCS conferences have covered dozens of related fields, with over 600 academic reports and posters, and have been held 114 times so far。
The fourth annual meeting of the Chinese branch of the American Association of Fat Chemists will be held at Pullman Convention Center in Haikou, Hainan Province from December 3-6, 2023. The conference will discuss and exchange topics on the sources, applications, and processing trends of alternative proteins and oils, including a total of 8 conference themes. The conference invites renowned experts and scholars from both domestic and foreign countries, as well as outstanding young scholars, to attend and give academic reports, to jointly exchange the latest research results. The conference team sincerely invites all experts and scholars to participate in this annual conference.
